Get a bus to your show, with our transport guide to London Theatres

Nipping around London on a bus is often the quickest way of getting from A to B. If you are heading to the West End and not travelling by tube, then often getting a bus from one of London’s main train stations is an efficient way of travelling to the theatre.

The Transport for London website (tfl.gov.uk) is your best option for planning an efficient route if you’re considering using a bus to go to the West End. See our guide, below, for bus routes that pass by specific theatres, but generally there ‘s a myriad of routes that end up at Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square / Trafalgar Square or Tottenham Court Road – epicentre’s for West End theatres.
