Theatre History
IMMERSIVE LDN was formerly the headquarters of the 1st Middlesex (Victoria and St George’s) Volunteer Rifle Corps, and the building was originally designed by Charles Herbert Shoppee, built by E. Lawrance and Sons and completed in December 1890.
It then became the home of the Queen Victorias Rifles after the building was damaged during World War II and was rebuilt to a design by Trenwith Wills.
It is a 30,000 square feet space including a former shooting range, drill hall and car park.
The venue had an extensive fit out in 2019 to accommodate The Immersive Great Gatsby, two immersive dining experiences, an event space and a cocktail bar.
The venue is managed by West End and UK producers Hartshorn-Hook Productions.
IMMERSIVE LDN has now also taken over the building next door, formerly Greys Antiques.
