Find tickets to the best London farces and slapstick comedies with our useful list of West End shows.

Many argue that farce and slapstick is the highest form of comedy, because of the sheer technical skill to get it right!

The West End is famous for its farce, and throughout history has presented plays and musical entertainment that is based on pure farce and slapstick. That tradition has gone right through to the 20th and 21st Centuries, with the Aldwych farces in the 20’s and 30’s, the Whitehall farces with Brian Rix in the 1950’s, and Ray Cooney’s Theatre of Comedy farces in the 70’s and 80’s. Plus Michael Frayn’s 1982 play Noises Off, which is considered one of the greatest farces ever written.

Check out the list below of current and forthcoming tickets to West End farces and comedies, including London theatre favourites such as The Play That Goes Wrong tickets at the Duchess Theatre, and comedy and dinner show The Faulty Towers Dining Experience tickets.
