A Homo Alone 2: Yikes, We Did It Again! in London  

Following the smash-hit success of Homo Alone, festive musical parody sequel A Homo Alone 2: Yikes, We Did It Again! is coming to the Other Palace for Christmas 2026.

The Home Alone 2: Lost in New York parody show follows Kevin being left behind by his parents once again, only this time he’s stranded in New York City, armed with nothing but his father’s credit card and absolutely no adult supervision.  

What follows is a gloriously camp, adults-only twist on the Christmas classic: a pair of dodgy burglars, a Rocky Horror-style hotel manager, and an unwanted cameo from Donald Trump all cross Kevin’s path as his unsupervised Big Apple adventure spirals into chaos. Expect outrageous musical numbers, filthy jokes and enough festive farce to see off even the most committed Scrooge.  

Jodie Prenger (Coronation Street, I’d Do Anything) and Neil Hurst (Coronation Street, Hairspray) – the pair behind the Other Palace’s hit 2024 run of Homo Alone, have written the show – while casting has yet to be announced. 

What to Expect  

This is a naughty, high-energy parody rather than a family panto, and it’s strictly for audiences aged 16+. Think sharp gags, drag-adjacent camp and a script that leans hard into the innuendo.

Homo Alone picked up strong reviews for its cast and comic writing, and this sequel promises more of the same festive irreverence – just with a Manhattan postcode.
