Carrie Hope Fletcher stars in The Crown Jewels at the Garrick Theatre in London
Carrie Hope Fletcher is an accomplished actress, singer-songwriter, author and YouTube and social media star.
Carrie’s recent theatre credits include Sleeping Beauty at Marlowe Theatre, Caucasian Chalk Circle at the Rose Theatre Kingston, and playing the title role of Cinderella in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London.
Carrie’s previous theatre credits include playing Young Eponine aged 9 in Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre, and later as older Eponine, for which she won a WhatsOnStage “Best Takeover in a Role” award. She went on to Fantine in the show and various concert versions, including the Gielgud Theatre concert production.
Other credits include Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds national arena tour; Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (West End and on tour) as Jemima Potts in the West End and Truly Scrumptious on the UK tour; A Christmas Carol starring Robert Lindsay as Scrooge; Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family (UK tour); Veronica Sawyer in Heathers: The Musical at The Other Palace and the Theatre Royal Haymarket; and Jane Banks in Mary Poppins in the West End.
As an author, Carrie’s books include biography All I Know Now: Wonderings and Reflections on Growing Up Gracefully, and novels On the Other Side, All That She Can See, When The Curtain Falls, In The Time We Lost , and With This Kiss; her first children’s book is Into The Spotlight.
