One of the hottest tickets and fastest selling productions of the 2019 London theatre season is now available to watch online.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s supremely funny and filthy monologue Fleabag has been made available to stream via Soho theatre’s On Demand streaming site to raise money for charity.

Now available to UK & Ireland audiences to watch for £4 and international audiences from 10 April 2020.

Written and performed by Waller-Bridge, and directed by Vicky Jones, Fleabag is a rip-roaring look at our emotionally unfiltered and oversexed heroine as she navigates her ailing business, chaotic sex life and her struggle dealing with the death of her best friend.

First performed in 2013, the show was a huge success on Broadway in 2019 and at the Wyndham’s Theatre where it was filmed. The show was previously screened in cinemas as part of NT LIVE .

Money raised from the streams will be donated to charities including The National Emergencies Trust (NET), NHS Charities Together and Acting For Others and the recently-launched Fleabag Support Fund, which distributes grants of £2,500 to freelancers affected by the current crisis. US-based charities that will benefit will be shared later this week.

In a statement, Waller-Bridge said: “I hope this filmed performance of Fleabag can help raise money while providing a little theatrical entertainment in these isolated times. Thank you to all our partners and to the creative team who have waived their royalties from this production to raise money for such vital causes in this unbelievably challenging situation.

“All money raised will support the people throughout our society who are fighting for us on the frontlines and those financially devastated by the crisis, including those in the theatre community. Thank you in advance to those who donate.

“Now go get into bed with Fleabag! It’s for charity!”
