‘Circus 1903’ rolls into town

Roll up roll up. Check out the brand new production images of Circus 1903 which opens at London’s Royal Festival Hall next month.

Transporting audiences back to the Golden Age of Circus, Circus 1903 returns to London this Christmas with a host of new acts including a daring duo aerial act ‘The Flying Fredonis’, a Cuban hand balancer ‘The Great Rokardy’ and the furious flexible feats of Russian Rolling Ball Hula Hoopist ‘Mademoiselle Natalia’.

For those who attended the show last year, expect to see the much-loved mind-bending juggler, ‘The Great Gaston’, the legendary balancing act Rola Bola by ‘The Sensational Sozonov’, unrivalled Ethiopian contortionist, ‘The Elastic Dislocationist’ and the stomach churning heights of ‘The Daring Desafios’.

And it wouldn’t be the same without the dizzying Mongolian duo Ganbayar Munkhbat and Andryei Batbold who bring their Icarian Games act and ‘Les Incredibles’ with their Russian Cradle act

Additionally The Southbank Centre will also host The Wheel of Death, a ginormous rotating apparatus featuring large metal hoops at each end in and on which performers will carry out eye-popping acrobatic skills whilst the wheel is rotating.
