Shaun Williamson joins cast of The Railway Children

Shaun Williamson to play Mr Perks in The Railway Children at the Kings Cross Theatre.

Shaun Williamson aka Barry Evans from EastEnders is to join the cast of the Olivier Award-winning production of Mike Kenny’s stage adaptation of E. Nesbit’s novel The Railway Children – Live on Stage.

Williamson, who will play Mr Perks will also be joined by new cast members Sophie Ablett as Bobbie, Beth Lilly as Phyllis, Matt Jessup as Peter and Lindsay Allen as Mrs Perks from 16 January 2016.

Williamson’s theatre credits include Saturday Night Fever, Guys and Dolls, Porridge, The Lady Killers and Farragut North.

The Railway Children opened at the King’s Cross Theatre to critical and public acclaim on 14 January 2015.
