Booking to 29 April 2023
An outrageous new musical comedy with razor sharp lyrics
Berlusconi A New Musical is based on Italian politician and media mogul Silvio Berlusconi, and premieres at Southwark Playhouse Elephant in March 2023.
From the Olivier Award-winning Producers of Fleabag and Baby Reindeer, Berlusconi is Evita on acid! – a modern-day cautionary tale, an urgent and prescient story about a brand of political leadership that has become all too familiar.
With soaring melodies and driving beats, this outrageous new musical assembles an award-winning team to tell the astonishing, outlandish, almost true story of one of the world’s most charismatic, charming and morally bankrupt political leaders.
An acclaimed cast includes Sebastien Torkia (Matilda The Musical) as Silvio Berlusconi, Sally Ann Triplett (Cabaret) as Ilda.
Berlusconi will run from 25 March 2023 until 29 April 2023 at Southwark Playhouse Elephant.

BERLUSCONI is a naughty, noisy exposé of the original perma-tanned media mogul turned populist politician, told through the eyes of three formidable women ready to share their side of the story and break the veneer of that million Lira smile.
