Joel Harper-Jackson stars alongside Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey in Cock at the Ambassador’s Theatre.
Directed by Olivier Award-winning director Marianne Elliott, COCK is written by Mike Bartlett, and runs at the Ambassadors Theatre until 4 June 2022.
Harper-Jackson plays the role of M, a role previously played by Taron Egerton in this production.
Joel Harper-Jackson is an experienced stage actor, with credits across musicals and plays. His work includes playing Charlie Price in the UK tour of Kinky Boots, the UK tour of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Jesus Christ Superstar at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, Beautiful – The Carole King Musical at The Aldwych Theatre, and Che in Evita at the Ljubljana Festival in Slovenia.
Joel is in the new movie version of hit West End musical Matilda The Musical, starring Emma Thompson as Miss Trunchbull. The movie is released in UK cinemas on 2 December 2022, before heading to Netflix.
Harper-Jackson put out an album of songs in 2020, titled “So What Happens Now?“
