Major new West End show Sinatra The Musical is opening tonight at London’s Aldwych Theatre.
Supported by the Sinatra family, this new bio-musical about legendary singer and actor Frank Sinatra has been years in the making, and will finally debut on the West End stage this evening (3 June 2026).
A fabulous cast is headlined by Joel Harper-Jackson (Standing at the Sky’s Edge) as Frank Sinatra, alongside multi-Olivier Award winner Jenna Russell (EastEnders, Sunday in the Park with George) as Sinatra’s mother, Dolly; Ana Villafañe (Castro’s Daughter, On Your Feet) as Ava Gardner; and Phoebe Panaretos (Strictly Ballroom, Zorro The Musical) as Frank’s first wife, Nancy Sinatra (read an interview with Phoebe Panaretos here).
The show is now booking at the Aldwych Theatre in London until 10 April 2027.

Joel Harper-Jackson and the cast of Sinatra performed on ITV on Saturday (30 May 2026), during the live final of Britain’s Got Talent.
The cast gave a rousing performance during the BGT final of Frank Sinatra’s anthem “New York, New York”.
Award-winning creative team
Sinatra The Musical boasts an impressive creative team. The show is written by Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro (Memphis) and directed by three-time Tony Award winner and Olivier Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes).
The score features over 20 of Sinatra’s most iconic hits, including “Come Fly With Me”, “The Best Is Yet To Come”, “I’ve Got You Under My Skin”, “My Way”, “Fly Me to the Moon”, and – of course – “New York, New York”.
Sinatra The Musical begins on New Year’s Eve 1942, and follows a 27-year-old singer about to give a career-defining performance in New York that would alter music history forever.
First seen at the Birmingham Rep in 2023, this West End transfer promises to be the most revealing portrait yet, and is backed by the Sinatra family.
