The cast has been announced for Chichester Festival Theatre’s summer 2014 revival of Guys and Dolls including Clare Foster, Jamie Parker and Sophie Thompson,
Chichester Festival Theatre has announced its new season for 2014, with some big-hitting shows and stars set to appear and a number of shows with West End transfer potential.
Stars lined up for the new season include Rupert Everett, Imelda Staunton, Sophie Thompson, Peter Polycarpou, David Haig, Penelope Wilton, Rosalie Craig, Zoë Wanamaker, Patricia Routledge and Dervla Kirwan.
The UK’s New Year Honours list has been announced and a number of high-profile West End, theatre and arts people have been honoured.
Highlights of this year’s list include West End producer Michael Codron, actresses Penelope Keith and Angela Lansbury, The Phantom of the Opera choreographer Gillian Lynne, former artistic director of the Royal Court Dominic Cooke and Cameron Mackintosh’s right-hand man Nick Allott.
