In Dawn French Is A Huge Twat, the award-winning actor, best-selling novelist and comedy legend invites audiences to join her on a whirlwind journey through some of the most embarrassing, misguided and undignified moments of her personal and professional life, deep-diving into the countless times she has demonstrated – in her own words – “a spectacular display of twattery”.

This hilarious and endearing sell-out show toured in 2022 to rave reviews and wall-to-wall standing ovations. 

Dawn French Is A Huge Twat runs from 21 -24 September and 20 – 21 October 2023 at the London Palladium.

There have been far too many times I have made stupid mistakes or misunderstood something vital or jumped the gun in a spectacular display of twattery. I thought I might tell some of these buttock-clenching embarrassing stories to give the audience a peek behind the scenes of my work life… Roll up! A veteran of the British comedy scene for over 30 years, Dawn French is an actor, writer, and comedienne best known for comedy sketch show French and Saunders and for playing the lead role in the sitcom Vicar of Dibley. Nominated for seven BAFTA awards, Dawn was awarded a BAFTA Fellowship in 2009 with her longtime comedy partner Jennifer Saunders.
