London’s West End welcomes Death Drop back on stage, as the murder mystery comedy returns to the Garrick Theatre in May.
Promising an all-star cast of killer drag queens and a classic whodunnit story Agatha Christie would be proud to call her own, Death Drop sounds like the perfect show to chase those lock-down blues away. For those that need a little more convincing, the show is set on the imaginary Tuck Island in the early 90s, where a gaggle of drag-divas converge for a soiree that’s so glamorous, it’s to die for!
With the scene set, you know what happens and over the next 2-hours, we get to see these ladies sashay their way around the stage revealing their inner secrets and ferociously pointing the finger at each other.
One by one, the ladies lip sync for their lives, leading up to a grand finale of epic proportions where you hilariously find out who did it! Packed with more ridiculous plot twists than a John Waters film, Death Drop sounds the tonic!
Casting for the show is yet to be announced, but the previous run featured Ru Paul’s Drag Race stars Courtney Act and Monét X Change alongside Anna Phylactic, Kemah ‘Lil WAP’ Bob, LoUis CYfer, Vinegar Strokes, and Holly Stars.
Death Drop is booking from 19 May 2021 until 11 July 2021 at the Garrick Theatre, London. WestEndTheatre.com has a special offer saving up to 37% on tickets when booked by 21 March 2021.
