Following hit runs in London and across the UK, the fabulous killer comedy Death Drop returns to London’s West End for a limited time this March.
RuPaul’s Drag Race superstars JuJuBee and Kitty Scott-Claus lead this full-drag company as they head to Shantay Manor to toast the 10th Anniversary of Charles and Diana. But as the bodies pile up, maybe all is not as it seems…
Death Drop is booking until 24 April 2022 at the Criterion Theatre, London.
What is Death Drop about?
It’s 1991 and a gaggle of guests gather on Tuck Island for a soirée like no other. The tension rises as the outrageous guests reveal their suspicious and sordid pasts, and one by one they sashay away, until at the last, nerve-shredding, side-splitting moment the surviving guests find out who-dunnit!
Who is in the cast of Death Drop?
The cast is led by RuPaul’s Drag Race superstars JuJuBee and Kitty Scott-Claus. The full-drag company is completed by Vinegar Strokes, Holly Stars, Anna Phylactic, Richard Energy, Georgia Frost and Apple Derrieres.
Death Drop is based on an idea by Christopher D. Clegg, adapted for the stage by Holly Stars and is directed by Jesse Jones.

RuPaul’s Drag Race superstars Willam & Latrice Royale and Britain’s Got Talent 2020 semi-finalist Myra Dubois will make their West End debut in the comic murder mystery.
Described by Attitude as a “killer show” and ”rollicking good fun” by The Guardian, the Dragatha Christie murder mystery the show is set on the imaginary Tuck Island in the early 90s, where a gaggle of drag-divas converge for a soiree that’s so glamorous, it’s to die for!
With the scene set, you know what happens and over the next 2-hours, we get to see these ladies sashay their way around the stage revealing their inner secrets and ferociously pointing a murderous finger at each other. One by one, the ladies lip sync for their lives, leading up to a grand finale of epic proportions where you hilariously find out who did it! Packed with more ridiculous plot twists than a John Waters film, Death Drop sounds the tonic!
Willam will take on the role of 80s pop sensation “Shazza”, alongside Latrice Royale as “Summer Raines”, a glamorous American weather girl living in London and Myra Dubois as “The Lady”.
Willam said: “I’m excited to be in the West End with my breast friend Latrice Royale in Death Drop, a spectacular drag musical murder mystery. No spoilers please (I DID IT).”
Latrice Royale added: “I cannot WAIT to be making my debut on London’s West End in Death Drop! This is just beyond any dream I could have even conceived of when I was a boy in Compton, California.”
Ever the comedian Dubois said “What an honour it is to be able to swoop in and save this little show.”
Joining the trio of drag superstars will be LoUis CYfer, Anna Phylactic and Holly Stars who reprise their roles from the pre-Christmas run in 2020.
Death Drop is booking from 19 May 2021 until 11 July 2021 at the Garrick Theatre, London.

Casting for the show is yet to be announced, but the previous run featured Ru Paul’s Drag Race stars Courtney Act and Monét X Change alongside Anna Phylactic, Kemah ‘Lil WAP’ Bob, LoUis CYfer, Vinegar Strokes, and Holly Stars.

Billed as a first for London’s West End, this Drag-atha Christie comedy will see the glamorous guests of Tuck Island reveal their suspicious and sordid pasts, as they point the finger in this nerve-shredding, side-splitting whodunnit.
Celebrity Big Brother winner and current star of ITV’s Celebrity Karaoke Club, Courtney Act, will play the role of 80s pop sensation Shazza, with Monét X Change appearing as Summer Raines, a glamorous American weather girl living in London.
Act said: “I can’t wait to get back onto a stage in front of real people this Christmas and I especially can’t wait to make my West End debut in Death Drop! It’s such a hilarious show and it’s just what we all need after months of being locked away.”
The girls are joined by drag queens Kemah Bob, LoUis CYfer, Anna Phylactic, Holly Stars and Vinegar Strokes.
The capacity at the venue has been reduced to comply with covid-19 secure guidelines for social distancing and there are strict health and safety protocols in place.
Death Drop is at the Garrick Theatre from 3 December 2020 until 17 January 2021.
