Tennessee Williams’ deep-south American drama comes to life at the Menier Chocolate Factory, for eight weeks only.
See a small market town come to life in this intimate performance space, as the desperate tales of Lady show what it means to belong in a community whilst breaking from traditions.
This new revival starring Hattie Morahan (A Doll’s House, Young Vic), Seth Numrich (Sweet Bird of Youth, Old Vic) and Jemima Rooper (Kinky Boots, Lost in Austen, As If) brings the deep south to the West End.
Last performed on Broadway 30 years ago, Tennessee Williams’ Orpheus Descending is directed by Tamara Harvey (Home, I’m Darling).
Orpheus Descending is booking from 9 May 2019 until 6 July 2019 at the Menier Chocolate Factory, London.
