Florian Zeller’s The Truth is to transfer to the Wyndham’s Theatre in the West End

The bitingly funny production receives a well-earned transfer following its critically acclaimed run at the Menier Chocolate Factory (10 March – 7 May) and previous run at Thearte Royal Bath.

Directed by Lindsay Posner, The Truth is a new adaptation of the Zeller’s play by Christopher Hampton and stars Tanya Franks, Alexander Hanson, Frances O’Connor and Robert Portal

The production is fortunate to have landed one of theartre-lands most popular venues, however this is due to the recent cancellation of Audra McDonald’s show Lady Day at Emmerson’s Bar and Grill.  McDonald had been due to make her West End debut however the show has been postponed due her unexpeceted pregnancy.

The Truth will run from 22 June 2016 until 3 September 2016 at the Wyndham’s Theatre.
