Fallen Angels – Menier Chocolate Factory

Noël Coward’s sparkling comedy Fallen Angels completed its limited run at the Menier Chocolate Factory in London on 21 February 2026.

Visitors searching for Fallen Angels tickets in London should note that the production has now closed following its acclaimed revival.

Revived at the Menier Chocolate Factory for the first time in 25 years, Fallen Angels was directed by Christopher Luscombe (Travels With My Aunt) and opened the theatre’s 2025/26 season.

A hugely talented cast was led by two-time Olivier Award winner Janie Dee (Follies) as Julia Steroll, alongside Alexandra Gilbreath (Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew) as Jane Banbury.

First performed in 1925, Fallen Angels remains one of Noël Coward’s funniest and most outrageous plays. When two best friends — Jane and Julia — happily married but reminiscing about their past, learn that their charming former lover is unexpectedly back in town, the result is a cocktail of rekindled passions, champagne-fuelled indiscretions and riotous comedy.

This production marked the centenary of the play’s premiere, giving London audiences the chance to rediscover Coward’s sharp wit and dazzling insight into love, temptation and friendship.

Fallen Angels ran at the Menier Chocolate Factory in London from 21 November 2025 to 21 February 2026.

As the champagne flows, Jane and Julia’s polite catch-up spirals into hilarious rivalry, with old jealousies and hidden desires bubbling to the surface. When their dashing ex-lover Maurice finally arrives, the two friends find themselves caught between rekindled passion and the fragile stability of their marriages, leading to a night of chaos, comedy and unexpected revelations.
