Theatre charity Acting for Others has announced the return of its annual West End Flea Market.
Now in its 5th year, the Flea Market will once again take place at St Paul’s Church and Churchyard in Covent Garden, on Saturday 17 May 2025 from 10am to 2pm.
Last year, the event raised over £80,000 for Acting for Others.
Early bird tickets will be on sale in April, with the general on-sale date will be announced at a later date.
Some of the biggest West End shows come together for the event, setting up a variety of uniquely designed stalls offering theatrical memorabilia, signed items, and the chance for selfies and autographs.
There is also a Best Dressed Stall competition, judged by a starry panel.
Last year’s shows taking part included Cabaret, Disney’s The Lion King, Hamilton, Hadestown, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia!, Moulin Rouge, The Phantom of the Opera, SIX The Musical, The Book of Mormon, The Mousetrap and The Play that Goes Wrong.
Golden Bucket Awards
In other news, Acting for Others is also back with its Golden Bucket Awards on Thursday 10 April 2025, at the Prince of Wales Theatre. The awards celebrate the supporters and fundraisers who have been crucial in raising funds for the charity since its inception in 2020.
The Big West End Walk
Also back this year is The Big West End Walk. Last year’s event raised over £4,000 for Acting for Others, and this year’s walk will take place on Sunday 7 September 2025. West End stars and famous faces will take to the streets to join the Acting for Others team in walking to 58 West End theatres covering 16 miles across London.

Further fundraising events for Acting for Others include Players: All the World’s a Stage and Bravo for Dan.
Players: All the World’s a Stage is a free art exhibition created by Christine Youldon, celebrating the art of theatre through portraits of talent both on stage and behind the scenes. It takes place at North Gallery, Mall Galleries from 18 – 22 March 2025. All profits from the sale of the paintings and catalogue will be donated to Acting for Others.
Bravo for Dan is an event set up by acting student Tash Collins in remembrance of her dad Dan who was a long-time supporter of the arts, and will be raising funds for Acting for Others. The evening will feature a Night of Performances, ranging from spoken word, songs, monologues to dance from Tash’s cohort at Boden’s Performing Arts College, with the event taking place on Tuesday 11 March 2025 at Boden’s Performing Arts College.
Concurrently, Acting for Others’ podcast series Backstage Curry, hosted by West End star Mark Curry, is available across all podcast platforms.
