Acclaimed playwright and screenwriter Neil LaBute (In the Company of Men, Val Helsing) presents his latest play, How to Flight Loneliness, at the Park Theatre in London.

This timely, dark, and dazzling UK premiere is about a couple who find themselves grappling with the morals and legality of assisted dying in the face of terminal illness.

LaBute’s most shocking and tender play yet is directed by Stratford East’s newly appointed Artistic Director Lisa Spirling (Vardy v Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial), and from the producers of the five-star Park Theatre hits Clybourne Park and The Shape of Things.

How to Fight Loneliness is playing at the Park Theatre from 16 April to 24 May 2025.

“No Hollywood end to this. No last-minute rescue. This… right here… with you… is the best chance I’ve got…”

Jodie and Brad seem like they have it all. The house in the suburbs, the nice car, the fully stocked bar. But when the couple are faced with a devastating crisis, they must enlist the help of a mysterious acquaintance from Jodie’s past.
