Why Am I So Single?, the new musical from Six creators Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, has released its first song – 8 Dates, now available on all streaming platforms.

The new musical comedy, which starts performances next week on 27 August 2024 at the Garrick Theatre in London, is a love letter to the messy, magical lives of the unmatched and unattached.

Mixing musical theatre and pop samples, 8 Dates follows the ups and mostly downs of lead character Oliver trying to score a date, and the universal experience of being ghosted and cancelled on.

Performed by Jo Foster as Oliver, and the original cast of Why Am I So Single?, 8 Dates is co-produced by music duo Future Cut – Tunde Babalola and Darren Lewis, along with Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, and Joe Beighton.
