Bill Kenwright Ltd’s successful UK tour of classic courtroom thriller Twelve Angry Men is set to continue through 2024.
The acclaimed play, which became an Oscar-nominated movie starring Henry Fonda, has been touring the UK this year starring Patrick Duffy.
Twelve Angry Men will now be back for a new tour in 2024, starring Jason Merrells (Casualty, Emmerdale), Tristan Gemmill (Coronation Street, Casualty), Michael Greco (EastEnders, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes), Ben Nealon (Soldier Soldier, Doctors), Gary Webster (Minder, Family Affairs), and Gray O’Brien (Coronation Street, Peak Practice).
Completing the cast are Paul Beech, Samarge Hamilton, Jeffrey Harmer, Mark Heenehan, Kenneth Jay, Paul Lavers, and Owen Oldroyd.
This production of Reginald Rose’s gripping knife-edge courtroom thriller was first performed in the West End at the Garrick Theatre, and is directed by Christopher Haydon, with associate direction by Tim Welton, design by Michael Pavelka, lighting design by Chris Davey and sound design by Andy Graham.
The tour starts in Canterbury on 16 January 2024, and visits Poole, Derby, London Richmond, Milton Keynes, Aberdeen, Salford, Malvern, Guildford, Windsor, Lichfield, Dublin, Blackpool and Waolverhampton, with more venues to be added.
