Here’s our Databank for this year’s 2023 Olivier Awards.
The awards took place on Sunday 2 April 2023 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, organised by the Society of London Theatre.
Here’s data on the awards, based on nominations and wins.
83 people have been nominated for awards, and 48 separate productions have been nominated, across 26 categories.
15 productions took home awards, with My Neighbour Totoro bagging the most wins, at 6 awards.
In addition, 6 award winners were announced ahead of the ceremony, across a further three special categories: a ‘Special Award’ for Dame Arlene Phillips; a ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for Sir Derek Jacobi; and four ‘Industry Recognition Awards’ going to Pippa Ailion MBE, Andrew Bruce, Amanda Parker and Peter Wilson MBE.
