First Look: Guys & Dolls – Marisha Wallace and Daniel Mays

Marisha Wallace has dropped a first-look of her and Daniel Mays as Miss Adelaide and Nathan Detroit in the forthcoming new production of Guys & Dolls at the Bridge Theatre in London.

Rehearsals are well underway for the show, which runs at the Bridge Theatre from 3 March to 2 September 2023.

Alongside Wallace and Mays in Nicholas Hytner’s new immersive production of Guys & Dolls, the cast includes Andrew Richardson (A Call to Spy, The Last O.G) as Sky Masterson, Celinde Schoenmaker (Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera) as Sarah Brown, and Cedric Neal (Motown The Musical, Back to the Future) as Nicely-Nicely Johnson.

Marisha Wallace is best know for Dreamgirls and the recent Young Vic production of Oklahoma!, which transfers to the Wyndham’s Theatre next month. Daniel Mays is a stage and screen star best known for Line of Duty and Vera Drake.

The creative team for the show also includes set design by Bunny Christie, choreography by Arlene Phillips, costumes by Deborah Andrews and Bunny Christie, associate direction and choreography by James Cousins, lighting by Paule Constable, sound by Paul Arditti, musical direction by Tom Brady, orchestrations by Charlie Rosen and casting by Charlotte Sutton.

Guys & Dolls is based on the story and characters of Damon Runyon, with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows.
