Book now for Dick Whittington: Adults Only, the King’s Head Theatre‘s naughty annual panto starring RuPaul’s Drag Race UK favourites River Medway and Victoria Scone.

Dick Whittington in London

Making a triumphant return for its third year, King’s Head Theatre’s Adults Only panto is a gloriously filthy, adults-only twist on the classic panto, with plenty of innuendo, drag glamour, and a rotating cast of surprise musical theatre and drag guest stars at each performance. Unlike any other pantomime you’ll see in London, you’ll be gagging on Dick and his friends as they bring the festive spirit to the West End.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK favourites River Medway and Victoria Scone star in both this and the theatre’s family-friendly production, with Victoria returning as Dragpus, following her appearance as Dame Trott in 2025’s Jack and the Beanstalk. River makes her King’s Head Theatre debut as Queen Rat.

Each performance also features a special guest star, picked from icons of the worlds of musical theatre and drag. Previousl shows have featured appearances by the likes of John Owen Jones, Christina Bianco, Ella Vaday and Kate Butch.

Dick Whittington: Adults Only plays at King’s Head Theatre from 26 November 2026 to 2 January 2027. Please note: this is the Adults Only production — the theatre’s separate family-friendly panto, Dick Whittington and His Cat, runs on different dates.

Dick Whittington’s adventure begins when he journeys to London town to find fame and fortune, with his trusty pussycat in tow. But with rats running riot, the big city doesn’t quite match up to his dreams. Can our young hero save Islington from the Rat King’s clutches, and restore London to its former glory? And will he find love along the way?

Now in its third year, King’s Head Theatre’s Adults Only panto brings a naughtier spin to this classic tale, with a rotating roster of special guest stars from musical theatre and drag joining the production throughout its run.
