Reece Shearsmith is a British actor and writer known for TV series The League of Gentlemen and Inside No. 9.
He recently starred in the stage adaptation of Inside No. 9 Stage/Fright in London’s West End and on tour.
Reece’s other West End stage work includes: The Unfriend at the Criterion Theatre, A Very Expensive Poison at The Old Vic,The Dresser at the Duke of York’s Theatre, Ghost Stories at the Duke of York’s Theatre, Betty Blue Eyes at the Novello Theatre, The Comedians at the Lyric Hammersmith, The Common Pursuit (Menier Chocolate Factory), The Producers (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), As You Like It (Wyndham’s Theatre) and Art (Whitehall Theatre), as well as The League of Gentlemen shows at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and on national tour.
Reece’s TV work includes Inside No. 9, Foundation, Good Omens, Stag, The Widower, Chasing Shadows, Pyschoville, and, of course, The League of Gentleman.
Films includes Venom, The Cottage, The League of Gentleman’s Apocalypse, Shaun of the Dead and This Year’s Love.
