ECHO (Every Cold Hearted Oxygen) Tickets at the Royal Court Theatre

Nassim Soleimanpour’s (White Rabbit, Red Rabbit, NASSIM) boundary-pushing ECHO returns to the Royal Court this summer, directed by Omar Elerian (NASSIM, Misty, two Palestinians go dogging).

A new performer takes to the stage at every show without having a clue of what is going to be asked of them. Unrehearsed and unprepared, the script becomes their guide as they journey through the story of the playwright, connected live from his flat in Berlin. Or is he? Can we really know where or when we are?

A fabulous all-star cast includes Lolly Adefope, Milly Alcock, James Corden, Mel Giedroyc, Daniel Kaluuya, Nish Kumar, Simon McBurney, Reece Shearsmith, Juliet Stevenson and Dominic West – see performance schedule in Casting section.

New performers taking to the stage without rehearsal include Mel Giedroyc, Nish Kumar and Juliet Stevenson.

ECHO (Every Cold Hearted Oxygen) runs from 27 June 2025 until 5 July 2025 at the Royal Court Theatre London.

Adventuring across time and space, guided by Nassim from his flat in Berlin, performer and audience embark on a global journey of belonging, connection, and the meaning of home.
