Love Never Dies, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, is set to play the London Palladium this October in a special concert revival. The full cast has been announced for the five scheduled performances.
As previously announced, Jamie Muscato (One Day, The Great Gatsby) and Celinde Schoenmaker (Guys & Dolls, Barnum) are set to lead the cast as the Phantom and Christine, alongside George Blagden as Raoul, Courtney Stapleton as Meg and Mazz Murray as Giry.
The Love Never Dies concert will be directed by Shaun Kerrison with choreography by Joanna Goodwin, set and costume design by Rebecca Brower, lighting design by Tim Deiling and sound design by Paul Gatehouse.

The cast is completed by Leslie Garcia Bowman, Georgia Joan Clements, Sally Frith, Christian Knight, Louis Mackrodt, Gleanne Purcell-Brown, Hollie Jane Stephens and Tommy Wade-Smith.
The story of Love Never Dies
Love Never Dies is the direct sequel of Phantom of the Opera, also by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Picking up the story 10 years after the events of Phantom, the disfigured musical genius has disappeared from the Paris Opera House and managed to create a new life in New York where his music soars. Still captivated by soprano Christine Daaé, he lures her to America along with her husband and son. As old wounds are reopened, the Phantom sets out to prove that, indeed, Love Never Dies.
Phantom of the Opera Turns 40
The concert comes just as Phantom of the Opera celebrates 40 years in the West End. The production first opened in October 1986 produced by Cameron Mackintosh. It’s the second longest-running musical in West End history, second to Les Misérables. Plans for 40th anniversary celebrations are likely to be announced closer to the time.
