The first ever The Claudia Winkleman Show is airing tonight (Friday 13 March 2026) on BBC One featuring a number of top West End stars.
The new TV chat show, produced by So Television who also produce The Graham Norton Show, will see Claudia Winkleman (Strictly Come Dancing, The Traitors) welcome the biggest names from the worlds of film, TV, music… and theatre!
On the first ever show tonight, Claudia kicks off proceedings with two major West End stars – both of whom are currently high-kicking in big London musicals.
Vanessa Williams (Ugly Betty) is joining Claudia on the sofa to talk about her starring role in blockbuster West End musical The Devil Wears Prada.
Currently running at the Dominion Theatre in London, Vanessa stars as fierce fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly in the fun show based on the hit movie, and with songs by Sir Elton John.
Also featuring on Claudia’s first episode is comedian and author Tom Allen. Tom has just joined the cast of Olivier Award-winning musical comedy Titanique at the Criterion Theatre in London.
A fun parody of the movie Titanic, featuring the songs of Celine Dion, Tom plays Rose’s mother Ruth in the show – putting in a truly hilarious star-turn, but only for a strictly limited run until 12 April.
Claudia Winkleman’s other guests tonight include stage and screen icon Jennifer Saunders, whose past West End credits include Blithe Spirit, Sister Act and the London Palladium Pantomime.
Jennifer’s next stage role is starring in a new production of Edward Bond’s The Sea at the Theatre Royal Bath.
Claudia is also joined by Hollywood giant Jeff Goldblum, who is best known for starring in Jurassic Park and Wicked, and who is on the couch to talk about his new album, Night Blooms, the latest offering from his band, The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra.
