A documentary celebrating the work of musical theatre great Stephen Sondheim, who passed away in November 2021 at the age of 91. The doc features Sondheim broadcasts over 60 years, including performances from Shirley Bassey, Sammy Davis Jr, Michael Ball and Liza Minnelli.
Sondheim on Broadway: Follies – Four Days in New York
The much-loved 1986 documentary following the bonkers rehearsals for the 1985 concert performance from Sondheim’s Follies at the Lincoln Center in New York. Star turns come from Lee Remick, George Hearn, Barbara Cook, Mandy Patinkin, Elaine Stritch and more.

Wogan on Follies
To promote Cameron Mackintosh’s West End production of Follies, the cast of the show join Terry Wogan on his sofa in 1987, including Pearl Carr and Teddy Johnson, Diana Rigg, Dolores Gray, and Julia McKenzie, who gives a breathtaking performance of Losing My Mind. Stephen Sondheim himself also joins Terry for the show.
