Get tickets to WAKE – Club culture meets Irish tradition in a heart-thumping, electrifying show at the Peacock Theatre.

Prepare for a night like no other as WAKE explodes onto the stage—an adrenaline-fuelled spectacle where Irish tradition collides with the energy of a stadium concert. Created by acclaimed Irish theatre company THISISPOPBABY, WAKE remixes ancient customs with cutting-edge performance, blending aerial artistry, Irish tap, cabaret, slam poetry, pole dancing, and more into a euphoric, high-energy experience.

What is WAKE?
Rooted in the ancient Irish funeral rite, the WAKE is traditionally a moment of mourning and transformation. In THISISPOPBABY’s radical reimagining, it becomes a pulsating, neon-lit ritual of renewal—a wild, high-energy celebration of togetherness, regeneration, and release.

Following two sold-out, award-winning runs in Dublin, WAKE makes its highly anticipated UK debut at the Peacock Theatre in London’s West End. With the spirit of an epic trad session and the ecstatic energy of a rave-infused carnival, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

WAKE runs from 2-5 April 2025 at the Peacock Theatre, London.

WAKE is an electrifying Irish variety phenomenon that remixes traditions in a high-octane, heart-thumping celebration of life and connection. Customs collide with club anthems, creating a euphoric soundtrack for a night filled with aerial artistry, Irish tap, cabaret, slam poetry, pole dancing and more!
