Raymond Briggs’ beloved festive classic The Snowman returns to London’s Peacock Theatre from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 in a brand-new production from Birmingham Rep.

For generations of families, The Snowman has been one of London’s most anticipated festive theatre experiences. More than 30 years after its original stage premiere, this enduring Christmas favourite is reimagined for a new generation, combining spectacular design, dazzling choreography and Howard Blake’s iconic music — including the much-loved ‘Walking in the Air.’

Directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winner Will Tuckett, this classic Christmas story follows a young boy and his extraordinary snowman on an unforgettable Christmas Eve adventure filled with flying, friendship and childhood wonder.

The Snowman returns for a strictly limited winter season at the Peacock Theatre, from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
