The musical The Phantom of the Opera, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, is playing at Her Majesty’s Theatre in London.
The Phantom of the Opera first opened at Her Majesty’s Theatre in 1986, and has played at the theatre ever since. Phantom had its world premiere at the theatre on 9 October 1986.
Her Majesty’s Theatre is owned by LW Theatres – Andrew Lloyd Webber’s company. The theatre is a beautiful venue in the Haymarket area of London, with distinctive Corinthian columns. The theatre was refurbished in 2016, and is a gorgeous home the epic, gothic splendour of The Phantom of the Opera.
