Tyrone Huntley, Clare Halse and Harry Hepple join ‘Hello, Dolly!’ cast in London

Dominic Cooke’s highly anticipated production of Hello, Dolly! has announced full casting ahead of its London run later this year.

Olivier Award nominee Tyrone Huntley (Dreamgirls, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Book of Mormon) will join the cast as Barnaby Tucker, alongside Clare Halse (42nd Street, White Christmas, Gypsy) as Minnie Fay and Harry Hepple (Follies, Romantics Anonymous) as Cornelius Hackl.

The trio join previously announced Imelda Staunton as Dolly Levi, Andy Nyman as Horace Vandergelder and Jenna Russell as Irene Molloy to complete the lead casting.

The full cast for the West End production includes Craig Armstrong, Gemma Atkins, Jenni Bowden, Alan Bradshaw, Natalie Chua, Joshua Clemetson, Brendan Cull, Bessy Ewa, Isaac Gryn, Ashlee Irish, Jodie Jacobs, Paul Kemble, Emily Langham, Amira Matthews, Sarah Marie Maxwell, Laura Medforth, Matt Overfield, Angelo Paragoso, Tom Partridge, Wendy Lee Purdy, Edwin Ray, Phil Snowden, Bree Smith, Christine Tucker, Gavin Wilkinson and Liam Wrate.

Hello, Dolly! centres on widower Dolly Gallagher Levi; an esteemed and strong-willed matchmaker to New York’s great and good, who suddenly decides to match herself with shopkeeper Horace Vandergelder.

The much loved musical features music and lyrics by Jerry Herman and a book by Michael Stewart.

Hello, Dolly! is booking from 11 August 2020 until 6 March 2021 at the Adelphi Theatre, London.
