Roll Up, Roll Up. Pantomime returns to the London Palladium with a spectacular new production of Goldilocks And The Three Bears.

Matt Baker (The One Show) leads the cast as Joey The Clown in this fairytale adventure which has been transported to a spectacular big-top circus setting.

Pantomime royalty Paul O’Grady, Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Gary Wilmot return to the Palladium and will be joined by Denise Garcia-Sorta and Massimiliano Medini as the Skating Medinis, magician Phil Hitchcock, Britain’s Got Talent Sascha Williams‘ Rola Bola act and Peter Pavlov’s Globe of Death act.

WHAT’S THE STORY?

Dame Betty Barnum and her daughter Goldilocks’ circus is under threat from an evil rival circus owner and, with the help of their madcap circus friends, they’re battling to rescue their Big Top from ruin.

Will they succeed? All seems lost, until three brilliant bears join the gang… Roll up, roll up to see panto join the circus, and be swept away by a London Palladium spectacular that’s just right at the home of pantomime!

‘Goldilocks And The Three Bears’ first look at panto spectacular

First look images of Goldilocks And The Three Bears at the London Palladium have been released ahead of a gala performance on 11 December 2019. The annual pantomime extravaganza features season regulars Paul O’Grady as Baron Von Savage, Julian Clary as The Ringmaster, Paul Zerdin as Silly Billy, Nigel Havers as Daddy Bear and Gary Wilmot as Dame Betty Barnum. They are joined this year by Matt Baker as Joey the Clown, Janine Duvitski as Mummy Bear, Lauren Stroud as Baby Bear and Sophie Isaacs in the title role. The show centres on Dame Betty Barnum and her daughter Goldilocks' circus which is under threat from an evil rival circus owner, obviously played by Paul O'Grady. Will they, won't they survive the evil treachery of  O'Grady's Baron Von Savage? Of course they will; it's panto, so expect the usual high-jinks and panto flair and it's sure to be a big-top hit! ‘Goldilocks And The Three Bears’ panto confirms full cast

Benidorm's Janine Duvitski, Sophie Isaacs (Heathers) and Lauren Stroud (Wicked) will join the cast of Christmas panto Goldilocks And The Three Bears at the London Palladium. Duvitski, best known for her tv work as Jane in Waiting for God, Pippa in One Foot in the Grave and Jacqueline in Benidorm will play the role of Mummy Bear.  Sophie Isaacs will play the title role of Goldilocks. She was recently seen on stage playing Annette Hargrove in Cruel Intentions the Musical and Heather McNamara in Heathers at The Other Palace/Theatre Royal Haymarket. Lauren Stroud completes the lead casting news in the role of Baby Bear.  Her numerous theatre credits include the recent West End productions of Strictly Ballroom and Wicked. The One Show’s Matt Baker to star in Goldilocks And The Three Bears pantomime

Pantomime returns to the London Palladium in 2019 with Matt Baker starring in a new production Goldilocks And The Three Bears. The One Show presenter will make his West End debut as Joey The Clown in the classic fairy tale which has been transported to a circus setting.  Joining Baker will be pantomime royalty Paul O’Grady and Julian Clary as the The Evil and Good Ringmasters, Nigel Havers as Daddy Bear, Paul Zerdin as Silly Billy and Gary Wilmot as Dame Betty Barnum. In addition to The One Show, Baker is known for presenting Countryfile, Blue Peter and being a finalist in the 2008 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
