Neil Diamond show heads to West End

Neil Diamond tribute show A Beautiful Noise will play London’s Lyric Theatre on 11 February 2019.

The iconic American singer/songwriter is played by Fisher Stevens, who makes his West End debut, with Fisher supported by a live band including a brass section and backing singers.

Billed as a celebration of Neil Diamond’s life and music the show journey’s through five decades of classic hits including Sweet Caroline, Song Sung Blue, Cracklin’ Rosie and Forever In Blue Jeans.

A Beautiful Noise is produced by Flying Entertainment, the team behind the long-running Michael Jackson show Thriller Live, also at the Lyric Theatre.

Further dates for the show are planned but are yet to be released.

An American icon, Diamond is one of the best-selling musicians of all time having sold over 100 million albums. He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1984, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011 and has received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

  1. I first saw Fisher Stevens at Chatham some two years ago but more recently saw him at the Orchard, Dartford. I thought the show seeing this for the second time around was extremely professional and polished and having added his two backing singers was a great idea. I will definitely be going to see him again be it London or Dartford. It really was a good show and an enjoyable night.
