Jack Rosenthal’s The Knowledge at the Charing Cross Theatre

Jack Rosenthal’s iconic TV film is comically brought to the stage by acclaimed playwright Simon Block.

In a time when Uber, Mobile Phones and the Internet were non-existent, London’s roads were ruled by Black Cabs.

Award winning actress and writer Maureen Lipman directs the world stage premiere of this comic tale about four Londoners who try to better themselves by attempting the fearsome “Knowledge”.

The Knowledge will run from 4 September 2017 until 11 November 2017 at Charing Cross Theatre.
