International choreographer and director Arlene Phillips has announced a debut tour titled ARLENE! The Glitz. The Glamour. The Gossip.
Phillips will chat with Jacquie Storey about a lifetime in dance and reveal the truth behind the Glitz, the Glamour and the Gossip.
Since bursting onto the scene with provocative dance group Hot Gossip in the 1970’s, The Strictly Come Dancing judge has worked with the likes of Freddie Mercury, Whitney Houston, Elton John, and choreographed hit musicals including Flashdance, The Sound of Music, Starlight Express, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, We Will Rock You and Fire Angel.
The tour will open at Assembly Checkpoint as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on 22 August 2017 ahead of a national tour. The full tour schedule can be found at www.arlenelive.com
