Doctor Faustus cancelled due to flooding at the Duke of York’s Theatre
The Jamie Lloyd Company has cancelled today’s matinee and evening performances (Saturday 30 April 2016) of Doctor Faustus due to flooding at the Duke of York’s Theatre.
The floods follow some in January this year at the theatre, which resulted in two performances of Pepper Pig, and a performance of Goodnight Mister Tom, being cancelled.
Little did they know when they were Tweeting about a 2 show day this morning what awaited them at the theatre.
Saturday. What a day. We love a two show day. Who’s seeing #FaustusLondon or #TheMaids today?… https://t.co/AnoX7rlgjc
