Doctor Faustus Opening Night Party

Jamie Lloyd’s much anticipated production of Doctor Faustus starring Kit Harington opened last night.

The production which has opened to mixed reviews was attended by Game of Thrones stars Natalie Dormer and Rose Leslie as well as Gemma Chan, Gary Kemp and John Macmillan who were recently in Jamie Lloyd’s production of The Homecoming.

Also in attendance was Douglas Booth, Jeremy Irvine, Aflie Allen, Hannah Waddingham, Sheila Hancock, Tom Bateman, Nigel Harman, Cherie Blair and Jack Whitehall.

The cast includes Kit Harington, Jenna Russell, Jade Anouka, Tom Edden, Danielle Flett, Brian Gilligan, Forbes Masson, Craig Stein and Gabby Wong.

Doctor Faustus marks Harington’s first stage role since originating the role of Albert Narracott in the National Theatre’s production of War Horse and Laura Wade’s Posh at the Royal Court.

Doctor Faustus runs until 25 June 2016 at the Duke of York’s Theatre.
