Casting announced for Sideways at St James Theatre

Casting has been announced for the European premiere of Sideways at the St James Theatre.

Daniel Weyman (The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby) will star as Miles with Simon Harrison (As You Like It, The Comedy Of Errors) as Jack, Ellie Piercy (Eventide, As You Like It) as Maya and Beth Cordingly (Love’s Sacrifice) as Terra.

The cast will be completed by Anne Kavanagh (Groupie, The Mousetrap) as Phyllis/Evelyn, Kirsten Hazel Smith (The Endings) as Rosie/Victoria and Daniel Barry as Chris/Daryl.

Based on Rex Pickett’s beloved novel, which inspired the Academy Award and Golden Globe winning film starring Paul Giamatti, Sideways is a comedy about two men in their forties who take road trip into the heart of California’s wine country.

Sideways will run from 26 May 2016 until 9 July 2016 at the St James Theatre.
