Jenna Russell joins cast of Doctor Faustus

Jenna Russell, Jade Anouka and Forbes Masson join Kit Harington in Jamie Lloyd’s Doctor Faustus.

The Jamie Lloyd Company have announced full casting for Doctor Faustus. Joining the previously announced Kit Harington will be Olivier Award-winning actress Jenna Russell (Grey Gardens, Southwark Playhouse; Urinetown, St James Theatre) as Mephistopheles, Jade Anouka (Henry IV, Donmar and NYC) as Wagner and Forbes Masson (The Ruling Class, Richard III and Macbeth for The Jamie Lloyd Company) as Lucifer.

Tom Edden, Danielle Flett, Brian Gilligan, Craig Stein and Gabby Wong complete the cast.

Directed by Jamie Lloyd, Doctor Faustus will be propelled into the modern era in an explosive and magical new production which will see Kit Harington take the title role in his long-awaited return to the London stage.

Doctor Faustus will play a limited run from 9 April 2016 until 25 June 2016 at the Duke of York’s Theatre.
