Just For One Day — The Live Aid Musical as announced brand-new dates for its upcoming 2027 tour across the UK. The hit musical launches its tour in March 2027 from the Curve, Leicester.
As previously announced, hit new musical Just For One Day — The Live Aid Musical will set out on a tour across the UK, with dates from March 2027.
The newly announced dates will see the tour perform at the Woking Theatre, Bromley Churchill, Milton Keynes Theatre, Belfast Grand Opera House, Southend Cliffs Pavilion, Wolverhampton Grand, Sheffield Lyceum and Newcastle Theatre Royal.
The creative team for the musical includes a book by John O’Farrell and direction by Luke Sheppard, with musical supervision, arrangements and orchestration by Matthew Brind, choreography by Ebony Molina and casting by Stuart Burt CDG. Casting for the tour will be announced ata later date

The anniversary of Live Aid
The announcement comes on the 41st anniversary of the live event that changed the world. Organised by rockstars Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise money for the Ethiopian famine crisis, Live Aid became an unprecedented global music event, watched by over 1.5 billion people in across 50 nations.
The musical, which premiered at the Old Vic in May 2025 before transferring to the West End, brings the story of Live Aid to life with the songs of the iconic musicians who performed at the event. Just For One Day features music by Bob Dylan, David Bowie, The Who, U2, Queen, Madonna, The Police, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Diana Ross and more.
Just For One Day also continues to support the work of The Band Aid Charitable Trust and to date has raised £1.6million.
