The X Factor’s Rachel Adedeji (Thriller Live!, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hollyoaks) joined the West End cast of Hadestown in March, alongside other new starters Bethany Antonia (House of the Dragon) as Eurydice, Marley Fenton (The Wizard of Oz, Hamilton) as Orpheus, Alastair Parker (Matilda, Oliver!) as Hades, and Olivier Award-winner Clive Rowe (Guys & Dolls, Company) as Hermes.
Hadestown is now booking at the Lyric Theatre until 13 December 2026.

The cast of Hadestown also features Spike Maxwell, Melanie Bright and Lauran Rae as The Fates; Gabriela Benedetti, Femi Akinfolarin, Michelle Andrews, Ollie Bingham, and Sebastian Lim-Seet as The Workers; and the swings are Juan Jackson, Oisín Nolan-Power, Lindo Shinda, Jasmine Triadi and Milly Willows.

The live London capture of Hadestown
It was recently announced that the live West End capture of Hadestown will be released in cinemas in North America on 24 July 2026, following a World Premiere at the Tribeca Festival Feature.
The film, titled ‘Hadestown: The Musical’, features the five original principal cast members of the Broadway company: Reeve Carney as ‘Orpheus,’ André De Shields in his Tony Award-winning turn as ‘Hermes,’ Amber Gray as ‘Persephone,’ Eva Noblezada as ‘Eurydice,’ and Patrick Page as ‘Hades.’
The UK release of the live capture has also been promised, but there’s no current news on when.
