NODA MAP returns to London with – 320°Fahrenheit, a new work written, directed by and starring Hideki Noda.

Following sell-out runs of A Night At The Kabuki (2022) and Love in Action (2024), the company brings its distinctive, genre-blending theatre back to Sadler’s Wells.

Described as a Faustian descent through myth, memory and “other bad ideas”, – 320°Fahrenheit combines striking visuals, sharp humour and layered storytelling. Noda’s work moves between the surreal and the recognisable, drawing on history, folklore and contemporary themes to create something unpredictable and visually bold.

Performed in Japanese with English subtitles, the production features a leading cast including Sadawo Abe, Suzu Hirose and Eri Fukatsu, alongside Hideki Noda himself.

NODA MAP has built an international reputation for ambitious, visually inventive theatre, with productions staged across the UK, Japan and beyond. Their work blends scale with precision, often shifting between spectacle and intimacy within the same performance.

– 320°Fahrenheit continues that approach — a theatrical experience that is imaginative, layered and constantly evolving, inviting the audience into a world where logic bends and meaning unfolds in unexpected ways.
