Theatre power couple Reeve Carney and Eva Noblezada are heading from Cabaret in London to Broadway next month, to star in The Great Gatsby.
The Broadway production’s original star Eva Noblezada (Hadestown, Cabaret) is returning to the role of Daisy Buchanan in the show at the Broadway Theatre in New York, from 5 February 2026.
Eva will reunite with her original co-star Jeremy Jordan (Floyd Collins, Newsies) as Jay Gatsby, until he leaves the show on 7 March 2026.
Jay Gatsby will then be played by Broadway leading man and Eva’s real-life husband, Reeve Carney (Hadestown, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark), until 30 March 2026.
The current Daisy, Aisha Jackson (The Notebook), leaves the show on 1 February. Ryan McCartan (Heathers) is back in the show as Jay Gatsby from 8 to 29 March.
Carney and Noblezada, who got married in October 2025, are currently starring as the Emcee and Sally Bowles in the West End production of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club in London, until 24 January 2026.
The Great Gatsby cast also includes Michael Maliakel as Nick, Linedy Genao as Myrtle Wilson, Austin Colby as Tom Buchanan, Samantha Pauly as Jordan Baker, Charlie Pollock as George Wilson, and Eric Anderson as Meyer Wolfsheim.
The production’s ensemble features Alexis Hasbrouck, Curtis Holland, Nathaniel Hunt, Traci Elaine Lee, Dariana Mullen, Mariah Reives, Elena Ricardo, Dan Rosales, Dave Schoonover, Mike Schwitter, Tess Soltau, Preston Taylor, Jessica Mallare White, Matt Wiercinski, and Kyla Stone; and the swings are Kurt Csolak, Haley Fish, Morgan Harrison, Justin Keats, Drew Lake, Brandon J. Large, Alicia Lundgren, and Alex Prakken.
The Great Gatsby has music and lyrics by Jason Howland (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) and Nathan Tysen (Paradise Square), and was adapted for the stage by Kait Kerrigan (The Mad Ones).

Cabaret in London is currently starring Reeve Carney as The Emcee and Eva Noblezada as Sally Bowles until 24 January 2026.
From 26 January 2026, Brit Award-winner Matt Willis (Busted, Wicked) will play The Emcee and Katie Hall (Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera) will play Sally Bowles.
