Based on Baz Luhrmann’s award-winning film, Moulin Rouge! The Musical is playing at London’s Piccadilly Theatre, booking to 1 August 2026.
The two new stars of the show started performances in October 2025, with Karis Anderson (Tina – The Tina Turner Musical) now playing Satine, the dazzling star of the Moulin Rouge nightclub, and Alistair Brammer (Miss Saigon) as lovesick American writer Christian.

Last May, Moulin Rouge! celebrated an important milestone, welcoming its 10 millionth visitor worldwide. The show also celebrated its fourth anniversary in November.
Moulin Rouge! The Musical is set in Paris in 1899, in a world of indulgent beauty and unparalleled extravagance, of bohemians and aristocrats, of boulevardiers and reprobates.
Based on the movie by Baz Luhrmann, Moulin Rouge! is directed by Alex Timbers, and has a book by John Logan.
