New production photos have been released for Not Your Superwoman at the Bush Theatre, starring Golda Rosheuvel and Letitia Wright.
Not Your Superwoman is now playing at the Bush Theatre, until 1 November 2025.
Written by Emma Dennis-Edwards, this new play is directed by former Bush Theatre Artistic Director Lynette Linton (Shifters, Barcelona), and Joyce and her daughter Erica as they navigate life after the death of their family matriarch.
Not Your Superwoman stars Bridgerton’s Golda Rosheuvel as Joyce, and Black Panther actor Letitia Wright as Erica.

The play explores themes of familial expectation, inherited trauma, and self-discovery, providing a deeply moving narrative about identity and resilience.
Black Panter, Death on the Nile and Avengers actor Letitia Wright’s previous theatre credits include The Convert at the Young Vic Theatre and Eclipsed at the Gate Theatre.
Golda Rosheuvel, best known for her portrayal of Queen Charlotte in Netflix’s Bridgerton and its prequel Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, has an extensive stage career. Her theatre credits include Rare Earth Mettle (Royal Court Theatre), The American Clock, A Christmas Carol and Elektra (Old Vic), Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare’s Globe), The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Wonderland and South Pacific (National Theatre).
Joining Linton in the creative team are Set and Costume Designer Alex Berry, Lighting Designer Jai Morjaria, Sound Designer Max Pappenheim, and Movement Director Shelley Maxwell. Composer XANA, Video Designer Gino Green, and Vocal Coach Hazel Holder also contribute to the immersive theatrical experience, with dramaturgical support from Deirdre O’Halloran.
Not Your Superwoman is now playing at the Bush Theatre until 1 November 2025.
