Georgina Onuorah & Danielle Fiamanya to share the role of Fiona in Brigadoon
Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in London has announced that West End star Georgina Onuorah (The Wizard of Oz) is joining the cast of Brigadoon.
Georgina Onuorah will play the role of Fiona MacLaren in the show, alongside already-announced star Danielle Fiamanya (Otherland), with the pair sharing the role through the run.
Lerner & Loewe’s musical classic is playing at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre from 2 August to 20 September 2025.
The show also stars Louis Gaunt (Mary Poppins) as Tommy.
Georgina Onuorah recently starred in Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre’s production of Shucked.

Director and choreographer Drew McOnie said in a statement: “I’m delighted that Georgina Onuorah is returning to Regent’s Park to join the company of Brigadoon alongside Danielle Fiamanya in the role of Fiona McLaren. I’m so excited to see how these two brilliant performers develop the job share of this role together. The rehearsal process for Brigadoon has been thrilling and I can’t wait for audiences to enjoy this gorgeous classic of musical theatre once again on a London stage.”
Also in the Brigadoon cast are Jasmine Jules Andrews (Jesus Christ Superstar) as Jean MacLaren, Edward Baruwa (The Book of Mormon) as Andrew MacLaren, Norman Bowman (Mamma Mia!) as Archie Beaton, Chrissy Brooke (Minority Report) as Maggie Anderson, Cavan Clarke (Small Island) as Jeff Douglas, Gilli Jones as Charlie Dalrymple, Anne Lacey (Medea) as Lundie, Nic Myers (Cruel Intentions) as Meg Brockie, and Danny Nattrass (Grease) as Harry Beaton.
The ensemble features Elizabeth Armstrong, Taylor Bradshaw, Tanisha-Mae Brown, David Colvin (and piper), Adam Davidson, Tim Hodges, Shoko Ito, Christian Knight (Ensemble & Dance Co-Captain), Robin Mackenzie, Bethany Tennick, and Liam Wrate; and the Swings are Owen McHugh (Onstage Swing), Jessie Odeleye (Offstage Swing), Eve Parsons (Onstage Swing), and Dale White (Offstage Swing & Dance Co-Captain).
Brigadoon is written by Alan Jay Lerner (Book & Lyrics) and Frederick Loewe (Music), the writers of My Fair Lady, Camelot and Gigi, and this new production has been adapted by acclaimed Scottish playwright Rona Munro (The James Plays), with original dances created by Agnes De Mille.
The show is directed and choreographed by Olivier Award winner Drew McOnie (Jesus Christ Superstar), and is his first production as Artistic Director of Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.

Brigadoon is playing at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre from 2 August to 20 September 2025.
