Fleur East and Karis Anderson to both play Tina Turner on the show’s last day of performances in the West End
Producers of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical in the West End have announced final performance dates for Fleur East, and confirmed who will play out the show at the Aldwych Theatre on its final night.
Singer, TV presenter and The X Factor star Fleur East is currently playing Tina Turner in the hit musical, sharing the role with West End star Karis Anderson.
Fleur is only performing the role of Tina Turner at specific performances, and the final dates have now been announced leading up to the show leaving the West End on 13 September.
The long-running West End musical, which started its run at the Aldwych Theatre in 2018, announced in May that it is closing in London on 13 September 2025. Tina – The Tina Turner Musical is the longest-running show to ever play at the Aldwych Theatre, and celebrated its 7th birthday in London in March.
Fleur East and Karis Anderson will both see out the last day of the show at the Aldwych, with Fleur East performing as Tina on the matinee performance of 13 September, and Karis closing out the show at the evening performance.
Fleur East is currently scheduled to perform on the following dates: Mon 28 July (7pm), Thu 31 July (2.30pm), Fri 1 August (7.30pm), Sat 2 August (7.30pm), Tue 5 August (7pm), Thu 7 August (2.30pm), Fri 8 August (7.30pm), Sat 9 August (7.30pm), Mon 11 August (7pm),Wed 13 August (7pm), Thu 14 August (7.30pm), Sat 16 August, (2.30pm), Tue 19th August (7pm), Thurs 21st August (2.30pm), Sat 23rd August (7.30pm), Tue 26th August (7pm), Thurs 28th August (2.30pm), Fri 29th August (7.30pm), Sat 30th August (7.30pm), Mon 1st September (7pm), Wed 3rd September (7pm), Thurs 4th September (7.30pm), Mon 8th September (7pm), Wed 10th September (7pm), Thurs 11th September (7.30pm), and Sat 13th September (2.30pm).
Karis Anderson plays the role of Tina at the other performances, and Charlotte St. Croix is Standby Tina Turner when Fleur and Karis are off or indisposed.
The producers of the show, Stage Entertainment, are keen to highlight that they cannot guarantee the appearance of any artist at any performance.

Karis and Fleur are joined in TINA by Rolan Bell as Ike Turner, with Natasha J Barnes as the manager of Ike and Tina, Rhonda Graam, Irene Myrtle Forrester as Tina’s grandmother, Carole Stennett as Tina’s mother Zelma, Chrissie Bhima as Tina’s sister Alline Bullock, James Chisholm as Tina’s father Richard Bullock, Matt Dempsey as record producer Phil Spector and lyricist Terry Britten, Christian James as Tina’s manager Roger Davies, Dan O’Brien as record company marketing manager Erwin Bach and Samuel Sarpong-Broni as Tina’s first love Raymond Hill.
Ensemble members of the cast are Craig Armstrong as Carpenter, Sarah Freer as Lorraine, Angelis Hunt as Tina’s son Ronnie, Keanu Adolphus Johnson as Tina’s son Craig and Ria Turner as Toni. The Ikettes are played by Vanessa Dumatey, Marion Fagbemi and Equiana Givans, and swings are Tré Copeland-Williams, Raiaz Fisher, Peter Houston, Joey James, Tamsin January, Jordan Louis-Fernand, Marisha Morgan, Annell Odartey, Clio Tamai and Samuel J Weir.
Children’s casting includes Rhianne King, Keilah Kofi and Lola McCourtie as Young Anna Mae Bullock; and Diuneusa Miguel, Brielle Owusu Ansah and Ariella Warburton as Young Alline Bullock and Young Craig.
Set to the pulse-pounding soundtrack of Tina Turner’s hits, including River Deep, Mountain High, We Don’t Need Another Hero (Thunderdome) Proud Mary, The Best and What’s Love Got To Do With It, the show charts the rise of the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
Directed by Phyllida Lloyd and written by Pulitzer Prize-winner Katori Hall with Frank Ketelaar and Kees Prins, TINA – The Tina Turner Musical is choreographed by Anthony van Laast, with set and costume designs by Mark Thompson, musical supervision by Nicholas Skilbeck, lighting by Bruno Poet, sound by Nevin Steinberg, projection design by Jeff Sugg, orchestrations by Ethan Popp, wigs, hair and make-up design by Campbell Young Associates, casting by Pippa Ailion CDG and Natalie Gallacher CDG and fight direction by Kate Waters.
